I'm Karen, a nationally Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Group Fitness Instructor through American Council on Exercise (ACE) and soon-to-be certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist through National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM).
I've been helping women get lean, fit, and feeling young again for more than 6 years. I've transformed my own body from feeling more than twice my age to being mistaken at times for almost half my age (I'm 45).
I'm a busy wife and mom of 2 with a passion for helping women like you who don't have much time on their hands but want to make changes to their health and fitness like I've been able to make. You don't have all day to spend at the gym (and no one should anyway!) or time to figure out what works. I've done all the work and learned so much and am sharing it all with you.
